The clearance should be done by the Department
under a written agreement with the owner that (a) He
agrees to the clearance (b) All objects found by the
Department are the property of the Government. The value
of any of the objects originally found by the owner, which
the Museum may acquire, will be paid to him.

You are authorised to do this work at a cost of
not more than £P.5.
