    2. Please forward an extract of the registration referred to in the said judgment for my perusal and let me know in reply as to whether the well mentioned in the judgment is situate within the boundaries quoted in the Kushan No.4 of December 1328 or otherwise.

    3. Please treat this matter as urgent.
