Kushan NO.4 Kanun awal 328 is a land with an
old ruined castle known by Deer Sam'an locality situated
at Kufer El Deek village, having an area of 6 Donums, registered
in the name of Turkish Treasury in accordance with Iradeh Sanie[h? - קטוע]
as shown in the Tabo extract attached herewith.
This property was recently inspected by the Werko[?]
officer on 19/3/34, and from his report (copy is attached) it
appears that the buildings errected on the part of the above
land consist of an old ruined castle and an old ruined monaste[ry? - קטוע]
wells and other old buildings, still exist thereon.
The well in question shown in the judgement issue[d? - קטוע]
by Magistrate court Nablus, has no connection with the wells
fall within the boundary of the above Govt. property, because
it is clearly stated in the said judgement that the well for
which the decision was given fall within a certain property
namely Ard Jnanat Ka'et El Dar situated at the same village
registered in the name of Ibrahim Quasem Habibeh under Tabo
records No.434 Shbat 310.
I therefore beg to point out that the above
Govt. property has a seperate Kusahan and has no connection
with the property dealt with in the said judgement as mentione[d? - קטוע]
in para 3 above.
For your kind consideration I beg to attach
herewith copies of the above records, and I should be glad if
you would kindly return the file to me after perusal, please.
