     Whereas the Plaintiff Abdallah Ibrahim el Kassem Ibrahim Jibril [?]
of Kafr el Deek village has proved his case by a Tabou Certificate
submitted by him and dated 23/10/33 showing the registration of
a parcel of land called Jonenet Ka' el Dar, this entry being recor-
ded under No 434 of Shibat 310 Yoklama, and bounded.

This property is registered in the name of his father Ibrahim
and is confirmed by a Certificate of Inheritance submitted by him
and dated 7/11/933 under No 132, showing the Nizami divi-
sion to be of 4 shares, and through inspecting this land in
which there is a well, such being under dispute, and in accor-
dance of the witnesses proving the possession of the testator
Ibrahim el Kassem to the land and the well therein and
after him his sons, one of them being the Plaintiff., and whe[n]
it was proved from the evidence given by some of the defendant[s]
Yusef el Mir'i and his brother Moh'd, stating that they are
not the owners of this land and the well therein but that the
defendant Suleiman Moh'd el Issa employed them to work
on this well and contracted with them to construct it and that h[e]...
