תיאור כללי: דף מתוך תיק ארכיון (IAA_ATQ_165_Nablus_2nd_Jacket). המסמך הוא עמוד המשך (בעמוד מתחיל באמצע משפט) של פסק דין בכתב יד, בדיו כהה, על נייר משורטט (עם שורות מודפסות מראש) בגוון צהבהב. בשוליים השמאליים שני חורי ניקוב עגולים אפורים (סימן שהדף היה בתיק/קלסר). כתב היד מסוגנן, קורסיבי, באנגלית, עם שמות פרטים ומקומות בערבית מתועתקים.

תמלול מילולי מלא, שורה אחר שורה, כפי שמופיע בדף (טקסט אנגלי בכתב יד):

in addition to the estate of the heirs of his father a/m, and that
the defendant Selman pays fees and costs and that a copy of th[is]
judgment to be summoned on the Land Registry of Nablus through
the District. Officer, Nablus, and if the Registrar finds that this
locality is the locality known as el Mauka' el Kal'ah which
is registered in the name of the Ottoman Govern[men]t. or the present
Govern[men]t. to recourse to the concerned Court for the eviction of the
possession of the Plaintiff. Judgment given in presence against
Salman, Yusef and Moh'd, and in absence in presence degr[ee?]
against Salameh and to be summoned on him, and liable
to appeal.
