Subject   :- Rock tomb recently discovered at Nablus
Reference :- Your 90/1 of 25.3.1925.

Since the owner refuses to pay for putting up a gate
will you inform him that this Department will take over the
tomb and will itself erect a gate.

I am requesting the District Engineer, Northern District,
to prepare an estimate for the work and when he, or his
representative, comes to Nablus in order to do this he will
call at your office for the sketch plan which was sent you
under cover of our 4148/ATQ/2636 of 10.3.1925.
